How can I include financial projections if I have not yet isolated a specific Laundromat that I wish to purchase?

I am looking to purchase an existing Laundromat. In reviewing business plans templates, naturally  finacial revenue and cost projections must be included in the business plan. How can I include that information in the business plan if I don't know where I will be purchasing the Laundromat?
