A business plan is just that, a plan on operating a business. I wrote a very brief business plan, maybe 10 pages when I started my export company in college. Marketing, whether domestic or global, is part of the business plan.
You are only going to write one plan, a business plan, that is for an export company that happens to be focused on global markets. Good luck!
