Heavy Lifting, Inc.

Management Summary

Heavy Lifting, Inc. has an experienced Management team consisting of:

Captain A. Airway: CEO, inventor, principal shareholder and owner of the Heavy Lifting trade mark, name and patent. Captain Airway retired from full-time flying after over forty years in aviation, with 22,000 safe flying hours, in August 2004.

B. Freeway: Technical Director, founding shareholder and previous owner of Company X, the largest manufacturer of weighing machines in the U.S.

C. Highway: Project Director, founding shareholder and principal consultant, former helicopter pilot and current Professor of Aviation Management at PDQ University.

D. Byway, J.D.: Legal Services Director, founding shareholder and principal partner of Company Z, CA specializing in property and investment legal advise.

The management of Heavy Lifting, Inc. brings with it not just nearly 75 years in aviation and engineering experience, but also close personal relationships. A. Airway and E. Expressway are friends and neighbors. E has had over twenty years of experience in the marketing of food processing equipment globally. He has been intimately involved in the launch of new and innovative products.

A. Airway approached C. Highway with the Heavy Lifting idea and was immediately taken with C.’s enthusiastic and positive support for the concept. C. Highway’s involvement with the company began due to the fact that C. was A.’s Professor of project management at UCLA. C. Highway runs his own successful international aviation consultancy. Highway is an expert in project management and also brings a wealth of experience and contacts in international aviation at a high government level.

B. Freeway, after a lifetime of involvement in the weighing machine business, recently sold his shares in Company X, and is keen to become involved in a new business with tremendous potential, like Heavy Lifting, Inc. Apart from his wealth of technical knowledge, skill, and experience in his industry, B. Freeway has the contacts in engineering licensing and software engineering that make him an excellent choice for Technical Director.

D. Byway’s past work is a perfect fit for Heavy Lifting, Inc. D. is involved in new product sales and installation in markets from Indonesia to India. His engineering and marketing background make him a valuable asset to the company.

E. Expressway comes to Heavy Lifting, Inc. by way of personal recommendation from close confidant and property colleague, L. Longway. L. has had a lifetime of business involvement in California as a respected and capable commercial, property, and land development lawyer and principal partner of Company Y. E. also has contracts with overseas investors for legal services.

A. Airway has had this idea (Heavy Lifting) for a number of years but has never found the right time to process the idea. That time is now. A., although being primarily an international pilot, has also had many successful small business ventures over the past 30 years. All these businesses involved the introduction of new ideas or products to the market place. In addition he has had over six (6) years involvement in the aviation industry in California [proprietary and confidential information removed].

C. Highway has been running his own highly successful international aviation consultancy [proprietary and confidential information removed] whilst at the same time gaining considerable academic achievements in aviation management. He has a Master of Aviation Management, and is a professor of project management.
