Retirement hotel development and operation in the Crest Canyon area has been very profitable and successful due to the economic upturn experienced in the mid-1990s. Retirement living and vacation development are currently going strong. In the past two years, the sales of condos in the Crest Canyon area have increased by over 35 percent.
