In addition, a bookkeeper/office manager will be necessary to enter the accounts into the computer (QuickBooks Pro), and to take orders over the phone, as well as to respond to email inquiries. His or her monthly salary will be established at the time of hiring for the first year of operation, increasing in the second and third years.
