I am currently busy with setting up a record label and a publishing company in South Africa and I am looking for any useful resources and willing mentor to help me revolutionize the African music industry by upgrading its quality and bring ethical practices to it.

I have been in the music and entertainment industry for six years now and I have often walked out of projects because of ethical differences with promoters and artist agencies who I believe give artists a raw deal . I would like to start a financially viable record label and publishing company that has sound business practices and seeks mutually benefitting relationships between artists and the label.

Me and some other family members want to open a care for the elderly residential nursing home. I am applying for finance from a corporate who are empowering young entreprenuers. The business is my brainchild, and I will be part of the management team. My personal credit record is not good. However, I have someone who will act as a guarantor. Should I put the company in their name? should it be a limited liability? In a nutshell how can I ensure that my finance does not get rejected because of my bad personel credit record.
