I put together a really nice (with pictures and to the point) sponsorship proposal for companies for my business. I highlighted major points with all the benefits that come with sponsoring my small start-up. There are really some GREAT benefits to working with me. I got the email addresses off every company website I wanted to contact and attached the proposal to an email and sent it to them.

I am not asking for money from the sponsors but simply samples of their products to include with my product I ship out to customers.

It's been a week and NOT ONE REPLY! What am I doing wrong??

We have a non profit kitchen that makes a variety of different types of meals for different programs. We are trying to determine a way to figure out how much each type of meal actually costs us; and how to best do cost allocations to each of the programs? We've done some time studies and know the raw food costs and our fixed expenses, but it seems there should be an easier way to determine costs that isn't as time consuming as new time studies every time a new program is added or subtracted.
