I recently did a Business Plan for a Guest House.

They were situated near a well-known Eye Hospital. On doing a survey, I found that the Hospital was having problems with the supply of quality food for their patients.

There was also problems with patients coming from far and then having to be at the Hospital early in the morning.

I also found that patients were looking for accommodation to recuperate before having their final checkup at the Hospital.

On introducing my Client to the Hospital Management, a lot of problems were solved.

My Client had to prepare food for her Guests, so she prepared extra for the Hospital.

She was located near the Hospital so she could accommodate patients and easily shuttle  them to the Hospital on time.

It was also much cheaper staying at the Guest House, then recuperating at the Hospital.

Eventually we got a lot of business from other Hospitals in the area as well.
