Aside from LinkedIn, what is the best B2B networking method?

The company I represent provides a very niche B2B product, and while I've been able to come into contact with many potential buyers via social networking and online marketing, I've come to the point where I'm scraping the bottom of the barrel.

I am wondering whether (A) I'm only hitting the tip of the iceberg with regards to my networking approaches, or (B) whether I've essentially gone through all the potential contacts in this fairly small market segment.  If the answer is (A), what else have I been neglecting that would drive sales up?

Here's a thought - ask some of your friends and business contacts if they belong to a local networking group such as BNI (http://www.bni.com/). These groups often meet weekly and typically invite guests who are non-members to attend. You could attend and use that as an opportunity to further network and also to gain some feedback with respect to your business proposal. Many, many great relationships are formed from groups such as that.
