How can I define the compagny structure in the business plan ?

Dear entrepreneur,

- first of all you have to see what type of company you want: an inc. or a sole propietorship
- do you have already jobdescriptions?
- do you know the business well or do you need to hire people with the skills you dont have? did you made a swot-analysis?
