All business plans have very similar components:
- Your product or service description
- Target market: who are your customers?
- Market size: how many potential customers are there?
- Marketing plan
- Sales plan
- Competition
- Management Team
- Financial plan
For a software development firm, there won't be much in the format or components of the plan that will be different than most other business plans.
