I am working on several new projects. Should I create a business plan for each?

I have been asked to develop several collaborative bachelors degree programs for a university system.  A business plan seems like a good way to prepare.  If I am to do a plan should I develop separate plans for each project or would you suggest one plan to include all of the projects?

I would first prepare separate plans for each degree program and then have a summary plan including the features of each degree program giving an overall perspective of your combined program.
