i want start a small business of olive oil.plz tell me what would be the management process

we need more specifics in order to answer this question. Are you seeking to plant and develop your own oil tree farm or purchase and process them yourself? Also are you intending to go direct to the retail market or doing a specialty product or other companies

Please remember that an olive tree takes about 5 - 7 years before it starts bearing olives.

In the mean time you have to carry the costs and interest.
