some suggestions for you:
1. look at expanding your marketing to include advertising in the local paper or participating in some of the coupon companies
2. see if you can offer additional services such as carpet, window or other specialized cleaning including steam cleaning of tile tubs etc.
3. do a survey of your current customers and ask them what other services they would like you to be able to offer them.
4. have you looked into Green Cleaning using safe products.
