suggest you work on your business plan and show proof of concept as much as possible. When you survey people to see the need document the results as this will go a long way to validate revenue potential. In your survey ask what languages, will it be needed to supplement their school classes, how much would the parents be willing to pay and for how long. etc.
One of the biggest factors of finding investment dollars is based upon risk vs. reward.
