There are a number of potential resources.  Check your local community and see if they have services to small business owners.  I suspect they do if you live in a metropolitan area.  Try your city/state and county governments as an option.  There many also be educational centers that offer courses in business planning.

This is a great topic for a product I am creating.  Submit your questions or ideas to www.incedogroup.com/market-research.  We'll automatically enter you in a drawing to win the product

Hello,

Set up an appointment with your local SBA  SCORE mentor program.  They will counsel you one on one to help with your business plan.

Good Luck,

Is it the business plan what's confusing you? If so, what are you confused about?
First off, just start with a rough draft. You should keep adding to it-never stop. Even when you are in the middle of selling your product.I'd be glad to help you if you need it.
Let me know. I hope this helped.
