i am new to all of this i have all the paperwork for a business plan...how do i start one out? what do i need ?

i printed out all of the paperwork to fill out a business plan to create a successful business plan ...but most of it is all confusing to me...if i wanted someone to help me out with filling it out in my local area...who wouyld you suggest for me to talk to ? a counseling service, someone from the city that i live, or just do a rough draft myself ? i am just curious...please get back to me i would appreciate it...thank you.

There are a number of potential resources.  Check your local community and see if they have services to small business owners.  I suspect they do if you live in a metropolitan area.  Try your city/state and county governments as an option.  There many also be educational centers that offer courses in business planning.

Think of an idea , put it in writing then you can consult where necessary , l can help you to develop you idea , let communicate via the e-mail
